I added a couple of low impact workouts in this week, as well as a couple extra walks with the dogs. I also cut calories a bit, so here is to keeping this up and seeing a continued downward movement on the scale.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
