Hello gang! Did fairly well over the weekend. I think my weight loss has paused for a few though. Oh well, weight isn't going up. Doing reasonably well with cals. Estimating home cooked dinners can be challenging though. I am still procrastinating exercise to an extent. Weather has been shitty and haven't unburied the elliptical yet!.
