I have a weigh in on the 23rd and I'm a little scared on what that scale is going to display. I have been consistent with my work outs and have been active 6 days a week; however I added two cheat days for two weekends including wine. I'm a nervous wreck does anyone have any inspirational words or motivational advice to give me. I know I'm usually the upbeat and self motivated individual, but today I need some feedback.
