Whohoo!!! I did it! 3 days of 20 net carbs or less!! I’m so proud of me. It was hard not having the beverages at night especially with the hot weather that hit but I managed. I’m super happy about the 3 lbs down…even if it is water loss.

I’d like to try to stay between 20-30 net carbs for the weekend which would allow me a little leeway but we’ll see how it goes.

My daughter has her first prom Saturday then a Band banquet Sunday so it’ll be a busy weekend.
