last Friday I had Popeye's spicy chicken... 2 breasts and 2 wings all at once. I got to see the impact on carbs/etc. for the day when I recorded it, and then let it go (mostly) (it is now a fond memory of 'my fried chicken day'). I think of the 20+ lbs already lost and how much healthier the overall eating is. Plus now I'm thinking of trying out something like coconut flour to make my own low-carb fried chicken, mb ward off a future spree. The day to day details can drag us down, for sure, but the long-term picture is the prize, I keep thinking.
