I ate blueberries fo breakfast and had some sugar free syrup. I ate a candy from the health food store that said it only had one carb. Called th chocolate pecan cluster. its from the healthsmart foods. I was so hungry I needed something in my stomach and the atkin bars they had there were too expensive, so I just bought a single candy. It didn't seem to hurt my weight since I lost .6. but it did give me a bad headache, so not sure I want to eat them again. Then for supper we had sonny's bbq. I didn't use their bbq sauce, I used the walden farm bbq. It was spicey. and I ate a few bites of the cooked cabbage that was really spicey. So I ate a handful of almonds after supper to get the spicey out of my taste.
