125.5 to 129.5 in one week. Haven't run or hiked since December 25th. More food, less exercise = 129.5.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
