I’m going to try to do under net20 carbs Tuesday-Thursday. My SO says that it won’t matter if I don’t do it all the time but I know it’s not sustainable forever but I think I can do it a few days a week. I’ve got to do something to try and stop this creeping weight gain. I’m very depressed, actually frustrated and mad, over the weight gained over the past few years.

I’m dissatisfied with how I look, with how my clothes no longer fit, with how I just don’t feel good about myself.

I need to find something I can do that works for me. My SO and I have gone through so many diets and while most work quickly for him they always take twice as long for half the results for me which I understand is how my body works but it’s still frustratingly annoying.

Keep on trying until something works. Maybe if I can lose a few pounds this way I can feel good enough to exercise again. I had started exercising with my daughter in the AM but injured my knee doing squats, go figure. So I had to stop and now am in a knee brace until it’s better. Once it feels good enough I’m going to start again.
