So the nurse at my doctor's office finally called me to talk about the results from my blood work and the doctor had decided that I lowered my cholesterol enough that I don't need to go on the cholesterol medication. They say I just need to keep doing what I'm doing with exercise and the high fiber diet.

What are your new numbers, John? I got mine back last week, and while I lowered everything a LOT, I want more, so I'm getting retested in a month (I posted my results already with my new goals on June 1st). Congrats on not qualifying for statins!

My latest LDL was 133. Still gonna keep working on getting it lower but we aren't gonna test it again for 6 months.
