泡3种萝卜 圆白菜 生2种萝卜
煮猪瘦肉200g 拌番茄大蒜葱小米辣牛油果油的炸酱 这酱以后要常搞了👍
一大球地瓜泥(之前整了不少去皮抓泥想做小饼 无奈空气炸锅拉胯搞不定……改成分份儿冷冻后加热食用——冷冻是不是能改变淀粉使吸收效率低些?回头查查)
芝麻海苔碎
菜心
南瓜含籽黑胡椒姜黄粉(真不容易克服了姜黄恐惧😱)和油浸番茄的油~
