I've decided to weigh in on Saturday mornings instead of Sundays. Reason being I tend to mess up on weekends, and hope that doing it this way will provide me the motivation to keep going.
I'm incredibly sore from my hike on Saturday, but I still went to the gym and ran, luckily the sore muscles don't get used much by running so it was pretty good. I really want to see some pounds gone so I can get back into my pre-pregnancy clothes...
