well, I started my period Saturday morning. So that might explain the 2lb weight gain too. I still ate my blueberries this weekend and as of today, I am down to 158.6. So I have lost the 2 lb gain and another .2 on top of it. So I would say that I am so happy to see that scale go down again. I am losing so slowly,but that is how my body is doing it.
I know that I am older and going thru menapause, so that will not let me lose as fast as I did 18 years ago. I even ate bacon at breakfast yesterday morning when we went out for breakfast with Mike and Lori.
