I started last week to watch what I eat, and did fairly well (before I found this site). Weekend comes and I somewhat blow it. The good thing is I did my first hike yesterday in at least a year, unfortunately I did a difficult one (7.4 miles and 2000' elevation), and I'm SO sore today I can barely move.
I'll start my runs this monday. I need structure and accountability and hope this site will give that to me. I love the idea of challenges since it gives me a focus.
