this has got to be the greatest way to lose weight!!. i mean atkins rocks!!!. down 23.2. hope everyone is doing well today.

thank you . my pool opens in 2 weeks, and i'm soooo excited lol. i love to swim. i think that swimming will give me the exercise that i need. i do not exercise. i hate it!. but i do walk alot.

Kitty, we opened our pool last weekend but it will be a bit before it is warm enough to swim in. And I walk and use a 5 pound kettle bell from time to time for exercise, and that is it! I am not a big "exerciser". lol But I will work outside all day and I will walk!
