been fighting a cold or something this week and just feel like dookey! Being sick always makes me want to eat. That bites. I haven't recored the past couple days either so it won't be surprising if I have gained. I am going to record all my food today and maybe get out for a short walk. I don't like to push too hard when I am sick, and I don't get sick very often.
