Had a good night last night. Maintaining my 1800-2000 cals and drinking water (No Beer) LOL. Did just a couple household chores. Weighed myself again this morning and creeped down to 266.8 lbs. Going in right direction! No walking outside today, it's freaking 14 degrees out there! Need to gradually increase exercise in time. Hope everyone has a great day!
