So I don't know why I thought I'd be doing OK this week... I was doing my best to go walking at least 30-45 minutes each day... Which was fine when the temps were in the 30's... But all this week they have been in the low teens with negative wind chills.

Guess that makes me a total wuss. I am trying to ne more mindful of what I am eating this week but here's hoping the arctic chill will blow over next week (plus it would be super not to have to stress about the pipes freezing or the so pump drainage pipe freezing (like last year) and the basement filling up...it astounds me though that it can be so bitterly cold out (2 degrees right now) and yet the ground water is still flowing enough to keep filling the sump drain...

I'm doing my best to be positive.
