Well, started dieting a bit on Monday. new years day I was 272 lbs. Today for the hell of it I weighed in at 267.2. I'm sure its just water weight but felt good. Last night I slipped up and had two beers but over all did well. Been averaging around 1800 calories each day and am walking 30 minutes for about two miles each day is planned. Hope everyone has a positive day!
