Unlike a majority of people on this site, this is my first time trying to lose weight and get healthy. I have lost almost 40 pounds and I just want to say that I am proud of myself. I have learned so much about my body and what I can do with it! I love that feeling of putting on a pair of pants that are a size or two smaller than the ones I wore about 4 months ago! :) I am continuing my journey with the attitude that will keep me going! Yay me! :D Good job, Lauryn!
