Went bowling last night. Had tons of fun! Really didn't compete with anyone, we just had a great time conversing, cheering each other on and generally being goofy!! I can't believe I danced!
Glad to get my mind off of my health, but I did move my body and break a small sweat so that counts as exercise. I wish the exercise diary counted laughter!!
I know I have only entered my food intake a couple of times but I am trying and I know that I have done well in that department. I have my meds that just love to put the pounds on, but what can you do. Either you feel lousy and lose weight or feel good and gain weight. For now I will take the weight gain and just push myself harder to keep the weight off.
Ahh.. what does the day have in store for me?? Have a slim idea of what we want to do today as a family, but it's always a surprise!!!
