been a while. I'm setting an interim goal of reaching 210 pounds in the next month or so. I'm at 225.5 pounds as of last week (I'm not weighing everyday). I'm not really doing weight watchers since I don't have any of the points stuff anymore (ditched it when I moved). But I get the basic idea so I'm running with that.
Also I am trying to cut out all the extra sugar that I can (I use a lot of sugar and salt and both are no nos now). It's hard but there you have it!
I'm hoping the drop in weight will help with the gastric reflux issues and my blood pressure.
