Haven't done any walking on my treadmill since Friday, May 6. After last Monday's hip issue, I was told to take it easy on the joint because any setback could take 6 weeks to heal. I never want that to happen again, so I've stayed off the treadmill. I think Monday, May 23 will be The Day. I'll walk for 10 mins 3 times a day for the first week, then hopefully do 15 mins twice a day the next week, up to the good ol' 30 mins a day. That's the plan for now, anyway. Time will tell...👩⚕️🤕
