These are pretty good for the price, 50 to 60p (i forget!). 220cal and over 12g protein per tin. Aldi and Lidl do more or less the same thing. They do a chicken one and beef one too. 4 slices wholemeal bread with it, for a total of 608cal and 30.8g protein

So many people on a budget these days, because of recent events, so this a fairly healthy meal with good fibre and protein for less than 80p.
