@donda I don’t really have a specific thing that keeps me disciplined. I think, for me, I made a decision to “win the day” so I focus on doing my best everyday. I also don’t focus too much on scale weight, I focus on my workouts, eating healthy food THAT I LIKE and getting my water in. I’ve structured it in a way that it’s become my new normal. (Personally I don’t eat any junk food / sweets and chocolate- this is just a personal choice)
