I've been dieting since the end of January 2011 and have so far lost 14.3 kg or 31pounds. I'd been ill for some months and decided I had to lose some weight.
I can now tie up my shoe laces without feeling like I was bursting a blood vessel or turn purple!
At 92kg now I'm aiming for 82k. No full blown english breakfasts, only cereal. No bread, no sweets except sugar and milk in my tea. Cut down on potatoes, no cake, dougnuts or any bakery stuff.
It seems to be working. Averaging 0.3kg a day.
