can I please ask how u guys get your calories up. I'm having just under 1400 a day and told it's too low for my weight. I'm not at all hungry

if your not hungry...can you drink them? maybe milk shakes and yoghurt drinks? Soups, yoghurt, custard, anything that doesn't feel like your eating 'real' food.
