So weighed my self this morning and still kicking it at 197.8. hmmmmm. I still believe that the south beach diet is the thing for me as I am a carboholoc. I never really realized how many items at the grocery store have sugar in them. My fiancée and I went to safe way last night and wandered around reading the backs of packages of the items that we wanted and I couldn't believe it. When I got home from the store I made three seven day goals, 1.DO NOT add any salt to the food that i am eating, not even sea salt (I am a salt freak). 2. Wake up early every day, no more getting up 1 hour before work and rushing!! 3. Get minimum 60 minutes of exercise a day! so far 20min !! Going roller blading after work woop woop!! it is beautiful weather!
