Pancake recipe:
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1/3 cup of plain yogurt (I use a whole milk yogurt)

Recipe taken from Kenna - the recipe analyzer at happyforks.com says that the whole recipe is 230 calories. I love that site - takes a whole recipe and sums it up in seconds. Makes cooking at home so much more calming to know closer what the real calorie count is.
