As a tsfl health coach, I have been wonderfully busy with clients and haven't been doing my own journaling. I feel real good, maintenance is going great, my work-outs are going well too. Though I haven't been recording my work-outs. I couldn't be happier with the weight loss and really excited about my husband's 70 pound's weight loss(40 pounds to go) I love being a health coach, so grateful for being in the right place at the right time, to get involved in such a great program which allows me to help others, it's what I Love doing. I feel like I did in the 80's and 90's confident and eager to pump that Iron, my muscles are finding there way "Home". To think we just started the program 12/26/10, day after a huge Christmas Dinner,that was 30 pounds ago,Iam truely amazed. Wow, as Iam writing and reflecting on our success Iam realising, we've lost between the two of us, 100 pounds!
