I do an egg with 150 g. egg whites cooked in 1 tsp/5 g. grass-fed butter (better fat profile/higher D/K2/CLA’s), 2 cups spinach, and salsa. Sometimes I add a little avo (28g.) or low-fat mozzarella (14g). Runs about 15 or so carbs.

You can always add berries or corn tortillas, in the event you need to up you carbs.
