Haven't been exactly doing weight watchers but have found certain foods that trigger weight gain for me . . the biggest being wheat. I eat it now and then but certainly not on a daily basis. It swells my stomache up very quickly.
75.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

interesting what youre saying about wheat! it does the same to me, i can only have about 2 slices of bread a week without bloating, although i have either porrige or weetbix for breaky most morns.
