I've gotten used to eating more fruit and veggies than I was the past couple of years. It's a good thing I like uncooked food! Next week I'll explore more sardines and tuna and hummus and nutty crackers and olives as early lunch/late breakfast ideas. I wonder if grocery stores have unsalted olives? I love olives but hate how thirsty I get after eating them...
