Had my gallbladder out last week so had to switch up my eating plan. Reduced fat intake, added probiotic non fat yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, cut back on cheese but increased my net carbs to about 50 a day and lost 3 pounds... my weight loss had been minimal to none so will see if this new plan revs up my metabolism and continues to allow me to lose at the higher net carb level.
