Been having some serious trouble with eating. Part of it is that I don't always want to be the cook, and the husbeast is prone to sleeping late in the afternoon. Also, TOM has been kicking my arse but good the past few months & have been going through a "low" phase in my moods.
Hoping to get back to Atkins Induction / Paleo and get back on track. Wondering also if dairy and sweeteners are becoming triggers. Probably need to do a solid 2 weeks of meat/veg to correct and get going.
Will be restarting tomorrow, when I have no sandwiches or waffles to distract me! ;)
