Still cant post in the challenge forum waiting for approval. why?

I had my cheat day tried keep my calories low this weekend. I did go to the diner and had french dip roast beef/ fries/ mushrooms and plenty of brandy.
I'm going to try to drink as much water i can tonight and get back on track for a fresh new week. I hope by next weekend I will be in the 280s I can guarantee it at the rate of progress let's get it!


My pineapple and apple chips turned out great on the dehydrator I got. I tried to make a batch of apple chips and soak them in Hawaiian Punch Sugar free drink mix. The idea was to have blueberry apple chips and lemon lime. they did turn out blue and green I should not have added sea salt before i dried them, ended up terrible. So i really don't know if the idea worked the salt ruined them. I have bananas about to go on and gonna try again at flavored chips.
