昨天早上吃的蛋餅+1份雞塊 然後下午吃了牛肉+ 花乾湯 晚上還吃了油豆腐跟兩顆雞蛋 然後運動完結束還吃了半顆芭樂 一些堅果還有一包海苔 覺得昨天吃的有點多
