Last night I went out for dinner with som pals from work. They were all getting the most delicious looking carb filled meals, and they had great big chunky chips (fries). I was so proud of myself for ordering a chicken and bacon salad and I didn't even pinch a chip.
I actually dreamt about eating carbs last night. I was tucking in to chips and a great big wedge of bread and butter.
Its my TOM, I think that's why I haven't lost anything further yet.
Still feeling ill. My throat is on fire and I have a horrible barking cough. I wanted to go on my cross trainer today but I think the air rushing through my lungs would be too much for me today. I'm gonna lay off the cardio until I'm better. A nice walk today should suffice.
