I am frustrated because I entered two days worth in my food diary and they are gone! I hope I do not lose anymore, because, I have never been good at keeping a journal of any sort, and I thought this site, would help me to stay on track.. Arrrghhh.

I understand your frustration with entering food. I had the same problem when I first began fs. I have the google gadget "Food and Calorie Counter" on my home page. When I entered food there it did not stay there. I had to go to the fs site and click on my fatsecret and then click on enter food on the top right. The only thing I use the food and calorie counter for is that it's easy to click on the top and I come directly to fs. In fact that is how I discovered fs myself. Using one place to enter data does not compute to the other. Now dear, are you thoroughly confused? It really does work great once you figure it out. Good luck - and have a great weekend!
