Wow, 1/2 pound in just a couple days. Staying busy and backing off on the soda is paying off. Granted I drink diet soda, but hey, boat and water retention counts and when lost, feels great!!!
100.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

stay off te pudding and pretzels. Not good! try eating more protein and less carbs and include in your plan to eat more veggies and perhaps 2 servings of fruit and i guarantee you, you may loose up to 1 pound a day with exercise
