Be as clean as possible in food choices just not food labels and think about possibilities from the other end of health as well. Exchanging fat mass for muscle is a sure way to allow your body to burn more calories. Make sure your resistance training program is on point.
My apologies if I’ve missed some history of yours explaining your exercise and activity. Of course it’s hard to get a full background through one post so excuse my ignorance on your history. Truly just trying to offer some help.
Keep going! The only way to fail is to give up.
