Hmm... super hungry today. It's probably not a coincidence that I ended up way below my calorie goal yesterday. I'll have to watch that. I'm used to making sure I don't eat too much, but it's a new thing for me, making sure I eat *enough*!

It’s not always easy to strike the best balance for top weight loss. Last night I was super hungry even though I had had more than enough (weigh loss recommended) calories.
