Jogging 10 km/6+ miles twice a week plus the KCC exercise station. Walking 30-60 minutes every evening. Walking with a load twice a week (groceries).
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
