Good morning my followers / friends


As of this morning I have officially lost 5 pounds. And am thrilled. I started on March 31, 2022.

I expect about 1 pound a week loss, and a 3 year journey. I have 78 pounds to go.

My current mini-goal is to have 75 pounds to go.

I have daily goals in mind, as listed in my journal, and the only day I did every one was on Easter Sunday. My Cousin Bill and I had Easter dinner together.

fatsecret tracking and all delightful fatsecret "members" are making this an enjoyable and helpful way to lose weight.
