My actual weigh in wasn't as bad as I thought. Lots of walking lately must have kick-started my metabolism again. My food has been tasty but not considered at all. I'm between dress sizes so I'd like to drop down instead of buying new clothes. I'd like to look sleeker for my wedding. I'm short and extra weight shows. This FS time I'll make it low stress, no annoyance with myself. I'm healthy so this is just to make my life a little fitter and sleeker!
