It is amazing how my diet has changed. This morning I ate a meal of 1/4 chicken, some hot sauce, and a cup of veggies. I drank a bottle of water and had a decaf coffee. I was full and didn't feel like snacking.

My current diet is great for maintaining. I've been the same weight for about 2 months. I have increased my protien and my supplements. I've also been able to change my 'feeble attempts' at exercise to actual hard core workouts. It only took 2 months.

One way I built leg strength was to start wearing 2lb ankle weigths
