I got down to 159.6. Then I gained a 1.2 pounds back in two days. So I am trying to figure out what I did to gain those pounds.
One thing I did different was that I made a mock brownie and used sugar free chocolate syrup. And I didn't drink alot of water on one of those days. And I did have a couple of atkins bars. I looked on my list of foods and I noticed that on some days that I am eating more protien than fats, so I am thinking I need to get the fats up and the net carbs up. The calories are doing ok.
Monday I drank more water and no atkin bars. I did eat some almonds and pecans. I think I need to up my veggies too. I don't think I am getting in enough veggies. Today is Wednesday and as of today I have lost .8 pounds. I am down to 160 again. Hopefully I will see the 159 again soon.
