Colo procedure today. Had to do 2 day prep!! everything went well. 5 years for next one. learned that I definitely to log better choices and exercise more. free membership but I haven't used it yet 😅 bad girl. 😕 Monday morning - fresh start. pray for me. thank you for your encouraging words.. good eating everyone!!
