New month... time to start new with a new me. Started the south beach diet today. I love to eat any kind of bread and love to drink with friends so this is going to be hard. I really like fruit but I will wait till phase two to incorperate it back into my diet. My girlfriend lost 56 pounds with the south beach diet over a year without exercise, I know that i can do it in less time with exercise. Wish me luck world
