@resti 1/4 buah naga aku blend sama 30/35gr oatmeal, pake susu low fat 200-250 ml aku tambahin chia seed, gitu aja kak. Tapi aku sahur ga cuma itu, aku makan kurma dan sayur capcay juga tapi ga makan nasi lagi
