More than four weeks without chips and sugary treats, but had some cravings this week. Didn't give in to them though 😊.
My water intake was an up and down, so I gotta get this sorted out.
Overall I am pretty happy with my progress.
102.6 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you! 😊 I can feel a huge difference in my joints since giving up this crap. Hardly ever do I have to walk off hip pain anymore etc. 🦴

Well done! I can relate to those items as go to “ comforts”. And I am w/ you , no chips or sugar stuff for 4 weeks. It sure feels great.

I still have reduced sugar jam on rice cakes every once in a while... I'm really happy for ya!!
